Chris Oyakhilome Biography of the President of Christ Embassy Church

Chris Oyakhilome from Nigeria is a pastor, a television host, and author. He is President of Believers' LoveWorld Incorporated as well as known as Christ Embassy International.

Chris Oyakhilome Background
Pastor Chris Oyakhilome was the first child of the Oyakhilome family and was born on 7 December 1973 to Tim Oyakhilome. He received his elementary and secondary education from Ambrose Alli University. After his graduation, he received the degree of BSc Architecture.


AAU also awarded him an honorary Doctor of Science Award. He also holds an honorary doctorate of divinity from Benson Idahosa University.  Chris Oyakhilome Reverend Chris was once married with Anita Obhodaghe and they have two beautiful children.

Chris Oyakhilome Ministry
Pastor Chris Oyakhilome started his journey in ministry while at AAU.  Oyakhilome The Believers' LoveWorld Fellowship (now Believers LoveWorld Incorporated) was at the time known as Youths For Christ.

YFC grew, and it became the biggest campus organization. In 1989, Pastor Chris established Believers LoveWorld Incorporated (BLW), alongside Christ Embassy.  Chris Oyakhilome Lagos is home to the church's headquarters. Believer’s LoveWorld is a global ministry which has thousands of associates around the world.

Pastor Chris's Ministry comprises four different branches: publishing ministry; the healing ministry, television ministry and teaching ministry. He also has created the Pastor Chris Live Global Prayer Network, an environment that encourages miracles and an healing school.

Future Africa Leaders' Foundation (FALF)
The Future Africa Leaders Foundation (FALF) is an initiative that aims to help develop and enhance the leadership capabilities of Africans. The foundation recognizes, celebrates and encourages young African leaders who have made an impact on their generation. They achieve this through education and empowerment of youth, mentorship and mentorship .

The foundation honours these young leaders with an award ceremony dubbed The Future Africa Leaders’ Award. It is held on the Eve of each new year at the LoveWorld Convocation Arena, (LCA), Billings Way Oregun, Ikeja. Winners receive an award from the President of BLW - Reverend Chris Oyakhilome.

The InnerCity Mission For Children

The InnerCity Mission is a faith-based nongovernmental Organisation (NGO). The organization was founded in 2005 to help the poor, needy, orphaned and vulnerable children who are poor around the globe..

Oyakhilome The children and communities are helped by the foundation's sustainable and participatory interventions. These include programs for childcare, child development programmes and family strengthening programmes.

Trauma Care International Foundation

The Trauma Care International Foundation was created to enhance the quality of life and general health of communities and countries by encouraging better emergency response services in case of accidents and emergencies. The foundation's mission is to support national policies concerning trauma care through advocacy, community-based programs, health education, and advocacy.

The foundation has run over 1000 first aid, safety, emergency response training. It is said that they have been able to educate thousands of schoolchildren and law enforcement personnel, teachers, caregivers, and road transport employees.

Volunteer Medical Corps
The Volunteer Medical Corps provides humanitarian assistance to refugees and internally displaced populations in countries that are affected or are in danger of being destroyed by human or natural catastrophes.



This outreach consists of a network consisting of paramedics religious health professionals and students from all over the world. They provide medical emergency aid, relief and long-term health care solutions to those who are in need.

VMC also provides health services to communities underserved and manpower development for local doctors.  Chris Oyakhilome Family VMC outreach is available to anyone whose main purpose is to improve health of those in need and to offer humanitarian aid.

Bible For All Nation
Bible For All Mission (BFAM) A christian-based organization, is dedicated in creating, producing and worldwide distribution of Bibles for everyone. The Bible is available in every language and format that they are familiar with. Outreach assists people in learning the Bible while also allowing people to receive the life-changing message of Jesus Christ.

BFAM has distributed hundreds of Rhapsody Bibles for free for people who are in hospitals, prisons communities, as well as public institutions across the world. These countries comprise Nigeria, Gambia Ghana, Nigeria and South Africa. Through a global network of bible donations and volunteers, this outreach was possible.
